Pinellas County Schools  Since 1993, LEI has been involved in a long term working relationship with Pinellas County Schools. During this eleven year relationship, LEI has completed well over 600 projects at various schools.  Project scopes on these various schools has included asbestos abatement, lead base paint removal, indoor environmental quality and hazardous waste removal. Our relationship began with LEI being low bidder on a unit rate contract, with annual renewal options. Due to our performance and response to any of the school board's, issues, we are still working there.  Over 96% of LEI projects have been completed under the forecasted budget. Due to our long term working relationship, we understand the importance of the schedules at PCS, and have never delayed the opening of any school.
