Case Study - Boynton Beach City Hall Complex LEI was exclusively requested to help a South Florida City recover from a failed Indoor Environmental Quality decontamination project at their City Hall complex. The original decontamination project at this sick building complex resulted in further contamination of interior surfaces, while the building was fully occupied. In the midst of a class action suit by the city's employees, Lang was asked to come in and decontaminate the facility's complete HVAC system as well as all interior surfaces and furnishings. The project was successfully completed to the satisfaction of the client and their employee consultants, lawyers and employees. Under the circumstances, this was a difficult crowd to please.
